Our Classes
Every class has its own essence. Find the one that fits you.

Basics
Basics
Your starting point
Essential poses at a calm pace, with blocks if needed, to build a solid foundation of strength, mobility and proper alignment. Ideal if you're just starting out, returning to practice or want to improve your technique.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow
Flow at your own pace, with intention and awareness
Feeling a bit stiff? In the mood for a good stretch? This class is for you. You'll practice yoga poses in slow vinyasa-style sequences, connecting breath and movement while building strength, flexibility and mobility progressively. It's all about moving with intention and awareness. A class designed for those who want to flow at a slow pace, improve alignment and gain flexibility.

Power Flow
Power Flow
Intensity, strength and fluidity in every breath
Time to turn up the intensity. In this class you'll move at a dynamic pace, linking each breath with each pose to keep your mind focused while your body works. You'll develop strength, flexibility, fluidity and endurance throughout your whole body, with options to adapt the level and take your practice a step further. This class is for intermediate and advanced levels, ideal for integrating everything learned in Elevate classes.

FOCO
FOCO
One peak pose, step by step
Classes focused on a peak pose that usually takes a little more time. That's why this class is structured as a warm-up, a preparatory flow and a mini workshop where we explain how to enter the pose step by step, with tips to make it more accessible, options for each level and time to try it through trial and error. Perfect for anyone who wants to learn more complex poses, such as arm balances and inversions, or slightly more advanced flexibility poses.

Mobility & Flexibility
Mobility & Flexibility
Active recovery and range of motion
Body tired from another sport? Want to move but without pushing your heart rate to the limit? This is your class. Through repetitions and original transitions at a conscious, slow pace, you'll expand your body's range of motion. And when it's nicely warmed up, you'll deepen into stretches (each at their own level) working flexibility from a safe point. Ideal for those looking to improve posture, do active recovery and complement other sports.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga
Calm and stillness to close out the week
Restorative yoga, the ideal class to close out the week. A floor-based practice where you work on breathing, flexibility and body awareness through stillness, holding each pose for 3 to 5 minutes. For those days when your body asks for calm and a more meditative approach.

Workshops
Take your practice to the next level
Workshops are two-hour classes held on weekends, designed to take your practice to the next level. You'll combine a dynamic flow with specific exercises and clear explanations oriented toward an advanced pose as the final goal. You'll have time to practice at your own pace, try, make mistakes and try again, and even work in pairs or with a friend if you want to share the challenge. An intense experience to refine technique, build confidence and leave thinking 'I did it!'.
